Place the BeeCa V60 dripper on the silicone pad. Insert the V60 filter paper, then rinse it with hot water from a gooseneck kettle to remove paper taste and preheat the dripper.
Pour your pre - ground coffee into the rinsed filter. Use a scale for accuracy, and tap the dripper gently to level the grounds.
Pour 30 - 50 ml of hot water in a circular motion over the grounds, starting from the center. Let it bloom for 30 - 45 seconds to release carbon dioxide.
Slowly pour the rest of the hot water in a steady, circular flow, keeping the water just above the grounds. Finish pouring within 2 - 3 minutes for balanced flavor.
Once drained, remove the dripper, stir the coffee gently, and pour it into your cup to savor.
